Welcome to Tall Pines Park. By making a booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

Payment Conditions
- A payment equal to the full booking amount is required. This payment will be refunded according to the cancellation conditions.
- £50 deposit is required to reserve your booking, with the balance due 30 days before arrival.
- We reserve the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival.
- Accepted payment methods: BACS, PayPal, Visa Debit, Visa Credit, Maestro, Mastercard and American Express.
Cancellation Conditions
- Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: Charged at 100% of booking value.
- No show or booking reduction (after arrival date): The full cost of the booking is charged.
- We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover cancellation.

Between 3:00 PM and 9:00 PM
Check-out
By 10:15 AM
- Early check-in or late check-out may be possible by prior arrangement only.
General Policy
- Children: Children of all ages are welcome.
- Pets: Dogs are welcome Free! (maximum 2 dogs, must be kept on leads).
- Smoking: Smoking is allowed in some of the open air areas only. All accommodation is non-smoking.
- Parking: Parking for all guests is available on site and is free of charge.
